By accessing or using the services provided by Neural Talk LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website, AI Agents, custom CRMs, and other SaaS products (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Description of Services:

Neural Talk LLC provides AI Agents for inbound and outbound calling, custom CRM solutions, and other SaaS products. The specific features and functionality of each Service are described in the relevant service documentation.

User Accounts:

You may be required to create an account to access certain Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep this information up to date.

Use of Services:

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms You shall not:

a) Use the Services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.

b) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services.

c) Use the Services to transmit any malicious code or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services.

Payment and Billing:

Fees for the Services are described in the relevant service documentation or as agreed upon in a separate agreement. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

Data and Privacy:

Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the Services is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.6.2. You retain all rights to any data you input into the Services. You grant us a license to use this data as necessary to provide and improve the Services.

The Services, including all associated intellectual property rights, are and will remain the property of Neural Talk LLC and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranties:

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Limitation of Liability:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEURAL TALK LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neural Talk LLC from any claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Modifications to Services and Terms:

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services at any time. We may also modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with relevant arbitration rules of the state of Florida.

Termination:

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
